1.		Cash payment will be collected at the time of delivery by our staff or as advised.
2.		Bank transfer Payment can be paid-in directly to the bank account as shown in the table belows.

3.		Online Credit Card through Bank
		You are International customers or you are in Thailand. You Order flowers for your friend in Bangkok. Your Order Will be processed immediately.


		Remark: Credit card information will be encrypted and transferred under secured environment. (SSL, Firewall) The representative bank will be the only party to keep your credit card data under its secured server


		Order placed before 3.00 p.m. will be delivered the same day. When orders are received after 3.00 pm, we will try our best to get your order prepared, but if we cannot, we will call you as soon as possible.
		We are closed on Sunday and Public holidays, but Delivery on Sunday can be arranged as appointed in advance.
		Currently, we can only fill orders within the Bangkok area.
		We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but we are normally able to deliver within time frame provided by you. The normal delivery time is 9am-7pm daily.
		If there is a time a recipient rejects to receive a flower. We will bring a flower back to our shop and inform you as soon as possible and we do not accept any kind of refund.
		If the recipient is unable or unavailable to receive a flower, we will leave a flower at the place of the recipient that is acknowledged by someone in that place. If anyone in that place deny to receive a flower, we will bring the flower back and we do not accept any kind of refund.

Substitution Policy
At Morethanflowers.com we are committed to deliver your flower order on time and as fresh and beautiful as possible. Because of the nature, seasonality, of flowers, it is sometimes necessary to make a substitution of equal or greater value to fulfill your order. We will make it best to maintain the look of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style and color. We may call you before processing your order if necessary.
